Short answer: Shubman Gill plays in Nike's Domain cricket shoes. When Nike launched the Domain 3 in India on 12 February 2026, it named Gill among the cricketers who wear the Domain series and quoted him saying he has worn Domain shoes in big moments for years. No public source names the exact model or colour he uses in every match. Off the field, Gill is the face of Nike's Mind footwear campaign (January 2026). Domain 3 is sold through Nike.in and Nike stores; it was not listed on Amazon.in when we checked on 2 November 2026.

Which Cricket Shoes Does Shubman Gill Wear?
Nike's own launch announcement for the Domain 3 lists Gill alongside Shreyas Iyer, Tilak Varma, Jemimah Rodrigues and Shafali Verma as cricketers who have worn the Domain series, and includes a short quote from him about wearing Domain shoes "in high-pressure moments". That is the clearest public link between Gill and a specific Nike cricket shoe.
What we could not find is a source naming the exact Domain version or colourway in each Test or ODI. Players often wear early or custom pairs, so a shoe in a match photo may not match what is in shops. Treat any site that names his "exact match spikes" without a source with care.
What Is Nike Domain 3?
According to Nike's launch details (February 2026), the Domain 3 is a cricket shoe made only for the Indian market, with:
- a low-profile shape that keeps the foot close to the ground for quick changes of direction,
- a Nike React foam midsole tuned for sprinting, turning and sideways movement,
- an internal lacing system and a supportive collar for stability.
Nike describes it as built for modern batting and fielding. These are Nike's own claims; we have not tested the shoe. The launch reports did not give a price, so check the current price on Nike.in.
What Is Nike Mind, and Why Is Gill in the Campaign?
In January 2026 Gill fronted Nike's global campaign for Nike Mind, a range with a slip-on Mind 001 and a Mind 002 sneaker. Nike calls it neuroscience-based footwear meant to help athletes before and after they compete. Reports described it as his second global Nike campaign in a few months. Nike Mind is recovery and lifestyle footwear, not a cricket shoe, and we have not seen independent tests of Nike's brain-science claims.
Other public Nike moments: he wore a Nike vest while declaring at Edgbaston in July 2025, which drew comment because India's team kit is made by adidas, and in February 2026 he gifted unreleased Nike shoes to Punjab's players and staff.
Can You Buy Gill's Shoes on Amazon?
Not the same ones. Amazon.in had no Nike Domain or Nike Mind listings when we checked, so buy those from Nike directly. If you want a cricket shoe from Amazon, these two meet our usual bar (a known brand rated 4 stars or more by at least 50 buyers). They are not the shoes Gill wears.

How to Choose Cricket Shoes
- Match the sole to the ground. Metal spikes grip on grass wickets; rubber studs suit hard grounds, matting and astro turf.
- Batters and fielders usually want light, flexible shoes for quick running. Fast bowlers need firm heel support and spikes under the front of the foot.
- Try them with cricket socks. Cricket socks are thicker than everyday socks, so check the size chart on the listing.
- Do not judge by the player. A shoe that suits Gill's footwork may not suit your ground or your feet.
